1. 申請日期Application date: Sep 30th ~ Oct 8th

3. 收件方式Delivery:

請將所有申請資料併成一個PDF檔（檔案限制10MB），於申請截止日前e-mail至esadmin@ntnu.edu.tw，信件主旨註明「【申請】114-2學生逕修讀博士學位－○○○（考生姓名）」，逾期不受理。本系將於收到信件後3個工作天內回覆確認。
Please compile all application docs into one pdf file (less than 10MB), then email it to “esadmin@ntnu.edu.tw”.

4. 推薦函可由考生夾帶在申請資料中寄送，或由推薦者自行e-mail至上述信箱，並註明考生姓名。
