Faculty Position in Earth Sciences at National Taiwan Normal University<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Department of Earth Sciences at National Taiwan Normal University invites applications for one<\/strong> faculty position at any rank (assistant, associate, or full professor) in oceanography<\/strong>. Candidates in oceanography, particularly with expertise in Physical Oceanography, Ocean Climate Dynamics, or related interdisciplinary fields, are welcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The appointees should have a demonstrated record in research and a commitment to excellence in undergraduate and graduate teaching. It is expected that the candidate will have a Ph.D. in oceanography at the time of the appointment with preference given to those with post-doctoral experience and whose interests, abilities, and experience enhance our existing programs. The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate the ability to teach in English (English-Mediated Instruction, EMI) and to offer a minimum of two EMI courses per academic year within the first three years of appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
