I am an assistant-professor in Astronomy at the Department of Earth Sciences of the National Taiwan Normal University in Taipei, Taiwan.

My main research interests are galaxy formation, evolution, their kinematics at small scales, and behaviour at large scales. I have played a leading role in several major extra-galactic surveys over the past decade (such as VVDS, UKIDSS, VISTA, PanSTARRS, etc...).
Currently, I am the Principal Investigator of the Taiwan Extragalactic Astronomical Data Center, which provides the worldwide community cross-matched information between major surveys across different wavebands, as well as dedicated analytical tools.
In my present role, I also teach Astronomy, and especialy Cosmology, at Undergraduate and Graduate levels.

I am a French citizen, married to a lovely wife and have a cute little boy.
